Dear Members of the Organization! 

Based on Protocol No. 11/2025 dated 6 June 2025 of the meeting of the Coordination Council of the Charitable Organization “All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS” (hereinafter referred to as CO “100% LIFE” or the Organization), a decision has been made to hold the General Assembly of Members of the Charitable Organization “All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS” on 21-22 July 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the General Assembly). The preliminary agenda of the General Assembly has been approved, as well as the Chairperson and Secretary for the respective General Assembly. 

Information regarding the General Assembly of Members of the Charitable Organization “All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS”: 

Date and time of the General Assembly: 21-22 July 2025 (from 10:00 AM on 21 July 2025 to 8:00 PM on 22 July 2025). 

Format of the General Assembly and voting procedure: remotely — through the participation of the Organization’s members in the General Assembly and their personal voting on the agenda items via the “NGO management” mobile application, in accordance with the Organization’s Charter.

Preliminary agenda of the General Assembly: 

• Election of representatives from public associations and charitable organizations of people living with HIV/AIDS to the National Council on Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Control. 

• Election of alternates (deputies) of representatives from public associations and charitable organizations of people living with HIV/AIDS to the National Council on Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Control. 

According to paragraph 4.11 of the Organization’s Charter, each member has the right to propose items for inclusion in the preliminary agenda of the General Assembly, provided that a written notification is submitted to the Coordination Council no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of the General Assembly. 

We kindly request all members of the Organization to take all necessary steps for personal registration in the “NGO management” mobile application. 

The procedure for registering members in the “NGO management” mobile application is outlined in paragraphs 4.28.2.-4.28.4. of the Organization’s Charter.
