History of development

The charitable organization “100 Percent Life. Kherson Region” has been operating since 2006.
It was created by a group of proactive people affected by HIV/AIDS.

During this time, many projects have been implemented to provide social support to HIV-positive people, people with tuberculosis, patients in the ZPT program, and other high-risk groups.

Today, we cover 12 districts of the Kherson region with our HIV prevention, counseling, and rapid testing services. More than 30 people work in the organization to create new social services and improve their quality, bringing them closer to remote towns and villages in the Kherson region.

Areas of activity

• HIV prevention in correctional facilities.
• Ensuring the continuity of tuberculosis treatment in the civilian sector for former prisoners who have been released from prison.
• Social support for the treatment of HIV-positive individuals (HIV-positive individuals who are on ARV treatment and who are preparing to start ART treatment; HIV-positive individuals with HIV/TB co-infection who are on controlled TB treatment; HIV-positive individuals with limited functional status who require care and support at home or in hospitals; HIV-positive individuals who have just learned of their HIV-positive status and/or require care and support services).
• Social support for HIV-positive individuals in correctional facilities.
